艺术院校实验室经过多年建设,已取得了长足的进展,无论是经费、设备、人员和实验室的面积,都达到了一定的标准,已经需要从外延建设全面深化到内涵建设层面,这是实验教学发展的客观需要,也是推动实验教学实现跨越发展的必由之路。本文主要从实验教学管理体制这一点入手,分析艺术院校实验室目前使用的几种管理体制,探讨其优点和缺点,各艺术院校可根据实验室建设和发展的不同特点和不同阶段,选择适合自己的实验教学管理体制。
