2011年5月11日至15日举办的纽约摄影节以“摄影的现状:深入参与、个性化和充满活力”为主题,力图呈现在互联网和数码技术的背景下,世界新闻报道和纪实摄影的现状。该摄影节由刚离开美国《纽约客》杂志的图片总监伊丽莎白·比昂迪(Elisabeth Biondi)和意大利报道摄影家兼《色彩》(Colors)杂志编辑部主任恩里科·博桑(Enrico Bossan)共同策展,共包括来自五大洲的25位摄影家作品,除了有两位采用黑白摄影之外,其余都是彩色摄影。
New York Photo Festival, May 11-15, 2011, with the theme of “The Status Quo of Photography: Depth of Participation, Personalization and Vigorousness”, aims to present the world news and documentary in the context of the Internet and digital technologies The current situation of photography. The film was presented just by Elisabeth Biondi, photo director for the New Yorker magazine and Enrico Bossan, director of the Italian newspaper photographer and editor of Colors magazine, The joint curating includes a total of 25 photographers from five continents. All but two adopt black and white photography, the rest are color photography.
