目的:探索规范、简洁、方便、经济的针灸针清洗消毒方法,有效预防院内交叉感染。方法:分析36家医院针灸针清洗消毒时的清洗过程缺如或不符合要求、包装不科学、灭菌不规范及使用一次性针灸针存在的问题,制定一套规范的针灸针清洗消毒方法。结果:保证了针灸针灭菌质量,满足了临床工作需要,有效预防院内交叉感染。
Objective: To explore the norms, concise, convenient and economical acupuncture needles cleaning and disinfection methods, effectively prevent hospital cross-infection. Methods: Acupuncture needles were cleaned and disinfected in 36 hospital acupuncture needles when they were lacking or not compliant with the cleaning process, unscientific packaging, nonstandard sterilization and the problems of using disposable acupuncture needles. Results: The acupuncture needle to ensure the quality of sterilization, to meet the needs of clinical work, effectively prevent hospital cross-infection.
