为了探讨反复呼吸道感染(RRTI)患儿T淋巴细胞增殖及胞浆游离钙浓度([Ca~(++)]i)的变化,及其在发病机制中的作用,取RRTI患儿30例,健康儿童31例为对照组,测定外周血单个核细胞(PBMC)中T细胞增殖、T细胞活化及未活化时[Ca~(++)]i的变化。结果RRTI组与对照组相比,T细胞增殖明显降低(P<0.01);T细胞未活化时两组间[Ca~(++)]i无明显差异(P>0.05);当T细胞活化时,RRTI组[Ca~(++)]i明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。提示:RRTI患儿T细胞增殖能力降低,细胞免疫功能低下,这是患儿易发生反复感染的原因之一,T细胞活化过程中钙动员存在一定程度异常,这是其细胞增殖能力降低的原因之一。
To investigate the changes of T lymphocyte proliferation and cytoplasmic free calcium concentration ([Ca ~ (++)] i in children with recurrent respiratory tract infection (RRTI) and its role in the pathogenesis, 30 patients with RRTI, Thirty-one healthy children were selected as control group, and the changes of [Ca ~ (++)] i in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) during T cell proliferation, T cell activation and inactivation were measured. Results The proliferation of T cells in RRTI group was significantly lower than that in control group (P <0.01). There was no significant difference in [Ca ~ (++)] i between the two groups when T cells were not activated (P> 0.05) , The RRTI group [Ca ~ (++)] i was significantly lower than the control group (P <0.01). Tip: T cells in RRTI children with reduced ability to proliferate, cellular immune dysfunction, which is prone to recurrent infections in children one of the reasons T-cell activation in the process of calcium mobilization there is a certain degree of abnormalities, which is the reason for the decline in cell proliferation one.
