课堂教学技能是语文师范生走向语文教师岗位的重要法宝之一,出色的课堂教学技能有助于语文师范生更快更好地走向语文教师岗位。当前,师范院校对于师范生的课堂教学技能训练的重视程度有待提高,专业教师与语文师范生也应该不断总结,不断改进方式、方法对课堂教学技能进行有效地训练。
Classroom teaching skills is one of the most important magic weapons for Chinese teachers and students to move towards Chinese teachers ’posts. Excellent classroom teaching skills help Chinese students to move faster and better to Chinese teachers’ posts. At present, the normal colleges and universities should pay more attention to the classroom teaching skills training for normal students, and the professional teachers and language teachers should constantly summarize and improve the ways and methods to effectively train classroom teaching skills.
