山东省基建局建筑科学研究所为了落实毛主席“备战、备荒、为人民”的伟大战略方针,为加快国防建设和工农业建设提供条件,对利用普通水泥配制快硬混凝土的问题进行了研究,前后使用了几十种化工材料进行了单一的和复合的试验,探索有效的早强剂,确定了硫酸钠复合剂(甲型)和无氯盐早强剂——硫酸钠复合剂(乙型)两种方案,经工程试点证明这两种早强剂的使用效果都很好。
In order to implement the great strategic principle of Chairman Mao’s “preparation, preparation for waste, and the people,” the Institute of Construction Science of the Shandong Provincial Infrastructure Construction Institute provided conditions for accelerating national defense construction and industrial and agricultural construction, and studied the issue of using ordinary cement to formulate fast concrete.
