当下,由于社会生活和工作节奏的不断加速,社会生存压力增大,职业竞争加剧,我国正处在一个高速发展与变革的社会阶段,残酷的社会竞争对于企业员工的思想动态难免造成压力与冲击,因此,研究在何种方式下对员工思想与心理压力方面开展工作,保持员工的身心健康,已然成为新时期企业员工思想政治工作的当务之急。本文从当前企业员工面临的心理问题、人文关怀和心理疏导的必要性及具体措施等做了简单的阐述。
