随着科学技术的发展,计算机辅助教学作为现代教育技术的重要组成部分,给大学英语教学带来了新的气息与生机。它从根本上改变了教与学的方式,为教学提供了一个开放的、交互的教与学的环境,从而满足教师教学和学生自主学习的需求。本文拟通过分析大学英语课堂教学的本质与内涵,指出传统课堂教学的局限性,进而介绍CAI的特点与优势,从而说明在大学英语课堂教学中运用CAI技术的必要性。
With the development of science and technology, computer-aided instruction, as an important part of modern educational technology, brings new atmosphere and vitality to college English teaching. It fundamentally changed the way of teaching and learning, providing an open and interactive teaching and learning environment for teaching so as to meet the needs of teachers ’teaching and students’ autonomous learning. This paper intends to point out the limitations of traditional classroom teaching by analyzing the essence and connotation of college English classroom teaching, and then introduce the characteristics and advantages of CAI, so as to illustrate the necessity of using CAI in college English classroom teaching.
