以冬小麦新冬二号为材料,研究钙、磷、硼营养元素对冬小麦抗冻性的影响。实验结果表明,凡经处理的,无论是过氧化物酶的活性,脯氨酸含量,束缚水,自由水比例均高于对照,电解质渗出率则低于对照,这表明遭受低温<-20℃>侵害后,植物细胞膜透性有不同程度的变化,处理植株细胞膜透性变化较小(透性增加是低温对细胞膜伤害的标志之一)。这是由于外界营养元素条件的改变,导致植物体内产生更多的保护物质,特别是钙具有稳定膜结构的作用,不致受低温危害,而提高了抗冻性。三种元素中以过磷酸钙效果最好。
The effect of calcium, phosphorus and boron nutrition elements on the frost resistance of winter wheat was studied with Xin Dong 2 of winter wheat as material. The results showed that the activities of peroxidase, proline, irreducible water and free water were all higher than those of the control, and the electrolyte exudation rate was lower than that of the control, indicating that the low temperature <-20 ℃> infiltration, plant cell membrane permeability changes in varying degrees, changes in the membrane permeability of the treated plants less (increased permeability is one of the signs of cell membrane damage caused by low temperature).
