用生化方法检测肿瘤病人血清脂质结合唾液酸(LSA)、总唾液酸(TSA)的含量。共测定口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤56例,良性肿瘤47例,并与35例正常人作对照.以初步了解LSA、TSA与口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤的相关性。结果表明,恶性肿瘤组中LSA、TSA高于良性肿瘤组和正常对照组(P<0,01);良性肿瘤组与正常对照组无显著差异(P>0.05);LSA、TSA的值与口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤的TNM分期之间有一定的关系;其含量水平升高或明显下降对判定疗效预后有价值。同时亦在鉴别诊断方面有重要意义。
