随着我国市场经济体制改革的不断深入,企业面临的市场竞争日趋激烈,要提高企业的竞争力以及经济效益,就必须降低企业成本,这也是目前最为有效的一种手段。国有企业要实现降低成本的目的,就必须对其进行科学化、现代化的管理手段,从而实现企业的可持续发展。本文主要针对国有企业成本管理中存在的问题进行了简要分析,并提出相应的解决对策,为我国国有企业在市场经济中的顺利发展提供合理的保障。
With the continuous deepening of China’s market economy system reform and the increasingly fierce market competition faced by enterprises, it is necessary to reduce the cost of enterprises in order to enhance the competitiveness and economic efficiency of enterprises. This is also the most effective means at present. To achieve the purpose of reducing costs, state-owned enterprises must carry out scientific and modern management measures to achieve sustainable development of their enterprises. This paper mainly analyzes the existing problems in the cost management of state-owned enterprises, and puts forward corresponding solutions to provide a reasonable guarantee for the smooth development of the state-owned enterprises in the market economy.
