向右颈内动脉注射百日咳菌液导致实验性兔脑水肿模型,分别于用药后30、60、120、240、360分钟处死。实验组兔于注射菌液后立即静注20%甘露醇,对照组兔静注等量的5%葡萄糖液;结果表明甘露醇明显减少脑含水量、降低颅内压及血粘度、提高血渗透压,脑含水量及颅内压的变化与血渗透压呈负相关关系;电镜观察甘露醇能明显减轻毛细血管周围胶质细胞的肿胀及病变。
Injecting pertussis bacilli into the right internal carotid artery led to a model of experimental rabbit brain edema, which was sacrificed at 30, 60, 120, 240 and 360 minutes after administration. The rabbits in experimental group were intravenously injected with 20% mannitol immediately after injecting the bacterial liquid, while the rabbits in the control group were intravenously injected with the same amount of 5% glucose solution. The results showed that mannitol significantly reduced brain water content, decreased intracranial pressure and blood viscosity, and increased blood penetration Pressure, brain water content and intracranial pressure changes and blood osmotic pressure was negatively correlated; electron microscopy mannitol can significantly reduce the capillary glial cell swelling and lesions.
