本研究通过测定65Cr4W3Mo2VNb(65Nb)钢不同原始组织状态下相变点的变化,制定了遗传热处理工艺,并研究了不同遗传热处理工艺条件下65Nb钢的性能及组织。研究表明,65Nb钢经1200℃加热淬火+930℃加热淬火+450℃两次回火处理,与常规处理1120℃加热淬火+550℃两次回火相比,在硬度和抗拉强度σ_(?)基本不变的情况下,σ_(0.2)提高9.8%,α_k值提高82%,K_(1c)值提高41.2%。M4十字槽平滑头冲模用这种工艺处理,初步考核使用寿命,比常规处理冲模提高约20%。
In this study, the genetic heat treatment process was developed by measuring the transformation point of 65Cr4W3Mo2VNb (65Nb) steel under different original microstructures, and the properties and microstructure of 65Nb steel under different genetic heat treatment conditions were studied. The results show that the hardness and tensile strength σ_ (?)
