世界各国日益重视生态环境保护,纷纷通过颁布环境教育法,开展可持续发展环境教育。而我国环境恶化已严重制约经济发展,应借鉴国外立法经验,制定环境教育法,明确环境教育的目的、模式和实施机制,提高公民环境保护意识,以解决我国环境问题,实现可持续发展。
Countries all over the world have attached increasing importance to the protection of the ecological environment and have enacted environmental education laws to carry out environmental education for sustainable development. However, the deterioration of our country’s environment has severely restricted the economic development. We should learn from the experience of foreign legislation and enact laws of environmental education to clarify the purpose, mode and implementing mechanism of environmental education so as to raise citizens’ awareness of environmental protection so as to solve our environmental problems and achieve sustainable development.
