[目的]研究黑果枸杞种子在不同浓度NaCl溶液中的萌发情况,并探明黑果枸杞萌发的最适NaCl浓度。[方法]用不同浓度的NaCl溶液对黑果枸杞种子进行盐胁迫处理,测定种子的萌发情况。[结果]随着浓度的增大,黑果枸杞种子萌发的数目逐渐增多,在NaCl浓度为0.3%~0.4%之间时黑果枸杞种子的萌发情况最好,随后随着浓度的增大萌发数逐渐减少。[结论]生产实践中,播种前对种子进行适当的NaCl胁迫处理,可能会提高种子的萌发率或成活率。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the germination of Lycium barbarum seeds in different concentrations of NaCl solution and to find out the optimum NaCl concentration for Lycium barbarum germination. [Method] The salt stress of black berry Lycium barbarum seeds was treated with different concentration of NaCl solution and the seed germination was measured. [Result] The germination percentage of Lycium barbarum increased gradually with the increase of concentration. When the NaCl concentration was between 0.3% and 0.4%, the germination rate of Lycium barbarum seeds was the best, then germinated with the increase of the concentration The number gradually decreased. [Conclusion] In the practice of production, the appropriate NaCl stress treatment on seeds before sowing may increase the seed germination rate or survival rate.
