冠心病是主要的心血管疾病之一。由于国人尚不能完全接受冠状动脉旁路手术这一根治性治疗,绝大多数病人死于冠心病引起的重大合并症。但正确的内科治疗可在相当程度上稳定病情。近年来我们采用中西医结合疗法治疗冠心病合并心律失常,疗效满意。报告如下: 临床资料 本组122例中,男74例,女48例;年龄36～74岁,平均52.5岁;病史5个月～20年3个月。
Coronary heart disease is one of the major cardiovascular diseases. As people can not fully accept the radical treatment of coronary artery bypass surgery, the vast majority of patients died of coronary heart disease caused by major complications. However, the correct medical treatment can be a considerable degree of stability of the disease. In recent years, we use traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of coronary heart disease with arrhythmia, the effect is satisfactory. The report is as follows: Clinical data The group of 122 cases, 74 males and 48 females; aged 36 to 74 years, mean 52.5 years; history of 5 months to 20 years and 3 months.
