原发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)是常见的出血性疾病之一。本文按1984年洛阳会议所订标准,收集我院内科自1960年1月至1985年12月死亡的30例作回顾性分析,从中吸取经验教训,以求降低病死率。
Primary thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP) is one of the common hemorrhagic diseases. According to the criteria set by the 1984 Luoyang Conference, we collected 30 cases of internal medicine from January 1960 to December 1985 in our hospital for retrospective analysis and learned from them to reduce the case fatality rate.
