目前我国二次供水的水质状况不容乐观。地下水池和屋顶水箱水中悬浮物多、细菌严重超标现象普遍。造成二次供水水质变差的原因是多方面的。但归纳起来可分为两个层面,一是技术层面,二是管理体制层面。笔者认为,后一个原因影响更大。改善二次供水情况,需要做深入调研,真正认识到国内二次供水水质与直供水的差距;需要对二次供水重新定义,对二次供水管理重新定位;需要转变思维方式,更多为居民考虑。
At present, the water quality of secondary water supply in our country is not optimistic. Underground tanks and roof water tank suspended solids, severe cases of serious bacteria exceeded the standard. The reasons for the deterioration of secondary water quality are many. But summed up can be divided into two levels, one is the technical level, the second is the management system level. The author believes that the latter one is more influential. Improve the secondary water supply situation, the need for further research, the real recognition of the domestic secondary water quality and direct water supply gap; need to redefine the secondary water supply, secondary water management to reposition; need to change the way of thinking, more for residents consider.
