用生物农药Bt-781与化学农药敌杀死、氧乐果在武陵山茶场对茶尺蠖EctropisobliquaWaren进行小区试验和大面积的防治示范。结果表明,每ml含100~160亿活孢子的Bt-781悬浮剂200和400倍液、2.5%敌杀死乳油3000倍液和40%氧乐果乳油1000倍液对茶尺蠖小区试验的防治效果,120h分别为87.92%、76.37%、94.46%和55.90%,大面积示范防治区的调查结果与其基本一致。除Bt-781外,氧乐果和敌杀死对茶园蜘蛛的种群数量均有不同程度的不良影响。从防效看,虽然2.5%的敌杀死乳油对茶尺蠖的防效高于Bt-781,但其每亩的药剂成本要比Bt-781高,因此,化学农药氧乐果和敌杀死不宜用作茶尺蠖的防治药剂。Bt-781具有经济、安全、高效的特点,且无残留,不污染环境,对天敌无伤害,能确保茶叶的产量和品质,可以作为茶园防治茶尺蠖的有效生物制剂在大面积上推广使用。
