企业的市场定位和市场份额在做评级之前就已经决定了,但沟通仍能改观一些局面“走出去”的迫切性,让国企愈来愈重视国际评级。根据深化国资改革促进国企发展的文件要求,2014年,上海将培育具有国际竞争力和影响力的企业集团,支持有条件的企业开展境外投资和跨国经营,提升国际化经营水平。对于“走出去”的企业来说,国际评级的高低直接关系到其国际并购进程中的融资额度、利率以及期限,并在很大程度上决定并购的成败。
