采用生长速率法和孢子萌发法测定了6种化学杀菌剂对五味子叶枯病病原菌的菌丝生长和孢子萌发的抑制作用。结果表明:参试的6种杀菌剂对五味子叶枯病的菌丝抑制效果和孢子萌发的抑制效果存在差异,其中33.5%喹啉铜SC、32.5%嘧菌酯·苯醚甲环唑SC对菌丝生长和孢子萌发抑制作用最强,其抑制菌丝生长和抑制孢子萌发的EC值分别为0.13、1.57、1.94、4.17mg/L。
The growth inhibition rate and spore germination method were used to determine the inhibitory effects of six chemical fungicides on mycelial growth and spore germination of Schisandra chinensis leaf blight pathogens. The results showed that there were differences between the six fungicides tested on mycelial inhibitory effect and spore germination of Schisandra chinensis leaf blight, in which 33.5% quinoline copper SC, 32.5% azoxystrobin and difenoconazole SC The mycelial growth and spore germination had the strongest inhibitory effect. The EC values of inhibiting mycelial growth and inhibiting spore germination were 0.13, 1.57, 1.94 and 4.17 mg / L, respectively.
