进入新时期以来,我国煤炭行业的发展形势急转而下,当前煤炭价格的不断下降致使煤炭行业间的竞争日益加剧。面对这样的新形势,煤炭企业要想获得良好的发展其核心在于人才,拥有高质量的人才队伍不仅能够保证煤炭企业生存与未来的发展。而在煤炭企业的人才队伍建设中,青年人才作为推动煤炭企业有力发展的新鲜血液,对他们的培养将直接关乎着煤炭企业的核心竞争力以及未来的发展前景。因此,本文将基于笔者对新形势下煤炭企业青年人才培养的研究,谈一谈煤炭企业应当如何有效的对煤炭企业青年人才进行培养。
Since entering the new era, the situation of China’s coal industry has been rapidly turning down. The current declining coal prices have led to increasingly intensified competition among the coal industry. Faced with this new situation, in order to obtain a good development of coal enterprises, its core lies in talents. Having high-quality qualified personnel can not only ensure the survival and future development of coal enterprises. In the construction of qualified personnel in coal enterprises, young talents, as the new blood to promote the vigorous development of coal enterprises, will directly affect the core competitiveness of coal enterprises and their future development prospects. Therefore, this article will be based on the author of the new situation of coal enterprises in the cultivation of young talents to talk about how coal companies should effectively train young talents in coal enterprises.
