根据多年水利水电工程专业人才培养实践,以工程教育认证标准规定的12条毕业要求为准则,对每条毕业要求进行分解,建立支撑课程体系,对水利水电工程专业学生的毕业要求达成度进行定量评价。对进行毕业要求达成度评价时所映射出在教学理念、教学设计、教学实施等教学过程中存在的问题,从成果导向的角度进行解析,提出建议并用于持续改进,以提高水利水电工程专业的人才培养质量。
