十二五期间,我国民航处于围绕建设民航强国战略、促进民航长期平稳发展的关键时期,目的是更好地适应综合交通发展需要、服务小康社会建设。这给民用机场的规划与建设带来了很多新情况、新问题,其中机场选址涉及专业面广、综合性强、经验性多。单从机场选址涉及的电气专业来讲,也不得不面对综合交通枢纽、临空经济、(特)高压输电、绿色机场、军民合用机场等当前热点基建项目进行统筹规划、化解冲突、协调共存。
During the 12th five-year plan, China’s civil aviation is in a crucial period focusing on building a strong nation-to-nation strategy for civil aviation and promoting a long-term steady development of civil aviation. Its purpose is to better meet the needs of integrated transport development and to serve the well-to-do society. This brings a lot of new situations and new problems to the planning and construction of civilian airport, in which the airport location involves a wide range of fields of expertise, comprehensiveness and experience. In terms of the electrical specialty involved in the airport site selection alone, we also have to co-ordinate overall planning of current hot infrastructure projects such as integrated transport hubs, airport economy, (special) high-voltage transmission, green airport and civil-military airports, to resolve conflicts and coordinate coexist.
