充分利用水库水面发展渔业生产,是国家赋于水利水电部门的生产任务,是水利水电部门有待花大力气开发的重要资源。把水库渔业搞上去,对于改善市场鱼产品供应,对于增加水库管理单位的收入,提高自我维持能力,都有积极作用。 现在,包括水库渔业在内的一切综合经营业务,已划归我厅新成立的综合经营总公司负责,并加大投入,这对水库渔业的发展,将是有力的促进。本文就大中型水库渔业问题提出一些粗浅看法,旨在抛砖引玉。希望通过共同探讨,对领导作出加快大中型水库渔业发展的科学决策有所帮助。
Making full use of the reservoir surface to develop fishery production is the production task entrusted by the country to the water conservancy and hydropower sector and an important resource for the water conservancy and hydropower sector to be greatly exploited. Enhancing reservoir fisheries will have a positive effect on improving the supply of fish products in the market for increasing the income of reservoir management units and enhancing their self-sustaining ability. Now, all the integrated operations, including reservoir fisheries, have been placed under the responsibility of the newly incorporated general management office of our department and their investment has been increased. This will be a strong impetus to the development of reservoir fisheries. This article puts forward some superficial views on the issue of large and medium-sized reservoirs and fisheries, aiming to attract more people’s attention. It is hoped that through joint discussions, it will be helpful to leaders in making scientific decisions to speed up the development of large and medium-sized reservoirs and fisheries.
