食品安全事故频发,食品安全国家标准的修订也在不断地加快。《食品生产通用卫生规范》是规范食品企业生产行为,防止食品在生产过程的各种污染和食品工业实现生产工艺合理化、科学化、现代化的基础性食品安全国家标准。现结合《食品生产通用卫生规卉£》对场所、环境、设备设施的要求,浅析糖果生产企业的厂房及车间设计。
