一、为鼓励与培植中南区文化教育工作者在普及工作方面的积极性与创造精神,求得充分发挥面向工农和提高生产的作用,特设立「文化教育普及工作奖金」(简称「文普奖金」)。二、文化教育普及工作奖金分六项(本条例所称文化教育普及工作包括下述六方面,以下同):1.工农教育奖金,2.工农文艺奖金,3.工农卫生奖金,4.群众体育奖金,5.科学普及工作奖金,6.新闻出版普及工作奖金。三、各项奖金各分三种进行评奖:1.积极推行文化教育普及工作的优秀模范工作者,2.文化教育普及工作中之创造与发明,3.优秀的工农创作或职业文化教育工作者之优秀的通
