Objective To analyze and compare the clinical efficacy of pancreatic kininogenase and anisodamine in the treatment of diabetic foot. Methods Sixty-two diabetic foot patients admitted from December 2009 to August 2011 in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 31 cases in each group. Patients in observation group and control group were provided with diabetic diet during hospitalization and given insulin Control blood sugar, according to drug susceptibility test results to choose symptomatic antimicrobial drugs to control the infection. Observation group patients in the above treatment based on the oral administration of pancreatic kininogen capsules, and intravenous anisodamine. Results After treatment, the total effective rate was 90.3% in the observation group and 45.2% in the control group. The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.01), with statistical significance See obvious adverse reactions occur. Conclusion On the basis of positive comprehensive therapy, kallidinogenase and anisodamine are given to treat diabetic foot, which has an ideal clinical curative effect and is worth widely popularized in clinic.
