今年3月5日,温家宝总理所作的《政府工作报告》第三部分的第三条专门讲到了文化建设问题,强调要把文化建设“放在更加重要的战略位置”。这实际上是党的十七届六中全会“文化工作会议”精神和党的“十八大报告”中“文化强国”战略问题,记者在今年两会期间就文化建设、创新文化发展、在政府工作中的体现与落实等问题,采访了烟台大学副校长江林昌。
