清晨外出不可太早:很多健身者认为清晨外出越早越好,有的人甚至清晨4点钟就出门了。其实,清晨过早到户外出锻炼,是健身的一大误区。因为夜间的污浊空气,只有到太阳出来后,污浊空气方能散尽。由此可见,太早出门有百害而无一利。
It is not too early to go out early in the morning: many fitness people think that the sooner the better out in the morning, some people even go out at 4 o’clock in the morning. In fact, early morning exercise to the outdoors, is a major misunderstanding of fitness. Because of the dirty air at night, only when the sun comes out, the dirty air can only be cleared. This shows that too early to go out without any benefit.
