长沙电冰箱厂从意大利梅洛尼公司引进的电冰箱生产线,虽然具有80年代先进水平,但运行中也不免出现故障,其原因主要有:引进设备亦有个别部位设计和制造不尽完善;进口的电气和机械类,元器件质量亦有差异;操作失误。在故障修理中,我们的体会是: 1.以修为主 我厂的冰箱门板生产线是 OLMA公司制造的。门板的折边整角和焊用工序的自动送料用一个无活塞杆气缸(图 1)完成。设备运行3年多突然停止工作,造成这条生产线全部停产。这种结构先进的气缸国内不生产。气缸的规格是缸径φ80mm,有效行程2000mm,缸筒纵向开了一个通槽6mm
