城中村改造是21世纪中国市长们经营城市的最重要的工作。但城中村改造涉及到地方财政、开发商、村民三方激烈的利益博弈,所以具体形式多种多样,各地创造了五花八门的经验,征地补偿标准差异也相当悬殊。尽管村民对待城中村改造态度不一,但政府强势推进的态势十分明显。
The transformation of urban villages is the most important task for Chinese mayors to run the cities in the 21st century. However, the transformation of the village in a city involves the fierce interest game of the three parties such as the local finance, developers and villagers. Therefore, the specific forms are varied and various experiences have been created in different places. The differences in compensation rates for land acquisition are also quite different. Although villagers have different attitudes towards the transformation of villages in the cities, the situation promoted by the government is very clear.
