加强引企入校、校企合作是高职机械专业建设的重要内容,基于现代学徒制人才培养模式的实践是东营科技职业学院显办学特色、提高教学质量的重点之一。本文主要以机械制造与自动化专业为例来浅谈基于现代学徒制人才培养模式的实践研究。
