最近 ,先后收到两院资深院士、著名水电专家、清华大学教授、本刊高级顾问张光斗先生致本刊编辑部的两封信。张老一直以来都非常关心龙滩水电站的建设 ,长期通过《红水河》杂志对龙滩工程的技术问题提出建议 ,对龙滩的蓄水位 ,他多次建议“把龙滩水电站按蓄水位 4 0 0米一次建成”。这次来信再一次呼吁 ,龙滩水电站应按 4 0 0米蓄水位一次建成。我们认为张老的意见是中肯的 ,切中龙滩后期加高的技术要害。因此 ,现将张老的来信全文刊登 ,以飨读者
Recently, I received two letters from senior members of the academy, famous hydropower experts, professors from Tsinghua University and Senior Adviser to the editorial department of this magazine. Zhang Lao has always been very concerned about the construction of Longtan Hydropower Station and has long made suggestions on the technical problems of Longtan Hydropower Station through “Red River” magazine. He repeatedly suggested that “ Water level 400 meters once built. ” Once again, this letter calls for the Longtan Hydropower Station to be constructed once at a water level of 400 meters. We think Chang’s advice is pertinent and cut the technical essentials of the later stage of Longtan. Therefore, Zhang Lao’s letter is now published in full text to readers
