[目的]观察滋肾理血汤联合宫腔镜技术治疗宫腔粘连疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将68例住院患者按抽签法随机分为两组。对照组36例西药联合宫腔镜技术,术后第2d服用戊酸雌二醇2mg/次,2次/d,连服21d,后5天加服醋酸甲羟孕酮6mg/次,2次/d。治疗组32例滋肾理血汤联合宫腔镜技术,术后第2d服用滋肾理血汤(菟丝子30g,紫河车15g,鹿角胶、党参各20g,桃仁10g,红花6g,丹参10g,川芎、生山楂各6g,川牛膝10g),1剂/d、水煎400mL,2次/d,自月经第5天开始口服。连续治疗21d为1疗程。观测临床症状、术后恢复时间、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈9例,显效13例,有效8例,无效2例,总有效率93.70%。对照组痊愈11例,显效12例,有效9例,无效4例,总有效率88.90%。临床疗效两组无明显差异(P>0.05)。病情恢复时间治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]滋肾理血汤联合宫腔镜技术治疗宫腔粘连效果显著,值得推广。

The control group recovered in 11 cases, markedly effective in 12 cases, effective in 9 cases, 4 cases, the total effective rate was 88.90%. Clinical efficacy of two groups no significant difference (P> 0.05). The condition recovery time was better than the control group (P <0.05). [Conclusion] Zishen Liuxue Decoction combined with hysteroscopic treatment of intrauterine adhesions has remarkable effect and is worth popularizing.
