中国保险监督管理委员会令2015年第3号现公布《中国保险监督管理委员会关于修改〈保险公司设立境外保险类机构管理办法〉等八部规章的决定》,自公布之日起施行。主席项俊波2015年10月19日为贯彻落实国务院行政审批制度改革和注册资本登记制度改革要求,中国保险监督管理委员会决定对《保险公司设立境外保险类机构管理办法》等八部规章作如下修改:
