以对甲苯胺为原料 ,通过在溶剂中磺化的方法合成出对甲苯胺 -邻磺酸 .讨论了各种反应条件对该反应的影响 .最佳工艺条件为 :以 5 0 m L二氯苯 (工业品 )为溶剂 ,2 %～ 5 %发烟硫酸为磺化剂 ,发烟硫酸与对甲苯胺的摩尔比为 1.10～ 1.12 ,硫酸的进料时间为 10 m in左右 ,成盐时间 2 h,蒸馏 8h.此条件下制得的产品优于国外同种产品 .
The p-toluidine-ortho-sulfonic acid was synthesized by p-toluidine as a starting material and sulfonated in a solvent. The effects of various reaction conditions on the reaction were discussed. The optimum conditions were as follows: Benzene (industrial products) as solvent, 2% -5% fuming sulfuric acid as sulfonating agent, fuming sulfuric acid and p-toluidine molar ratio of 1.10 ~ 1.12, sulfuric acid feed time of about 10 min, salt forming time 2 h, distillation 8h. Products prepared under this condition is better than the same kind of foreign products.
