1995年本中心采用芦荟离体快速繁殖技术首次大规模生产芦荟试管苗获得成功．本文主要结合我们的实践就芦荟大规模试管苗生产的主要技术问题进行了探讨，同时也就今后的生产提出了一些看法和建议．
In 1995, the center used aloe in vitro rapid propagation technology for the first large-scale production of aloe plantlets successfully. In this paper, the main technical problems in the production of large-scale test-tube seedlings of Aloe vera have been discussed based on our practice, and some opinions and suggestions on future production have also been put forward.
