On September 24-28, 1980, the Security Administration of the Ministry of Metallurgical Affairs held a research appraisal meeting on the research results of “radioactive protective measures in the underground tin mine” in Gejiu. A total of 19 units have participated in the appraisal of the achievements, representing 46. During the meeting, all the delegates visited the experimental site and listened to the reports of the three mines of the Yunnan-Wuxi Ventilation and Protective Cooperative Group, Lao Chang, Huang Maoshan and Malague.
