就当前的现状来看,部分高校在财会类专业人才培养的过程中仍然存在着某些不足之处影响到了学生就业能力的提升,因而在此背景下,高校在开展人才培养计划的过程中应提高对此问题的重视程度,且应从完善培养方式入手为学生营造一个良好的学习环境,促使其在此环境中能提高自身学习的积极性。本文从当前高校财会专业人才培养模式存在的不足之处分析入手,并详细阐述了高校财会专业学生就业能力的具体培养方法。
