目的探讨子前期患者外周血CD4+ CD25+调节性T淋巴细胞(CD4+ CD25+Tr)和CD4+CD25high调节性T淋巴细胞(CD4+ CD25highTr)在子前期发病中的作用。方法2005年10月至2006年3月对安徽省立医院子前期患者30例和正常早、晚期妊娠及正常非妊娠组妇女各13例、22例及15例,采用流式细胞仪检测其外周血CD4+ CD25+Tr和CD4+ CD25highTr占CD4+T细胞的比率,分析其与子前期的关系。结果子前期组妇女外周血CD4+CD25+Tr和CD4+ CD25highTr表达率分别为(6.64±1.10)%和(0.53±0.17)%,明显低于正常晚期妊娠组妇女的(12.26±1.32)%和(1.18±0.05)%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。正常非妊娠组妇女外周血CD4+ CD25+Tr表达率(10.8±1.05)%和正常早期妊娠组CD4+ CD25+Tr表达率(11.21±1.40)%比较,差异无统计学意义,但均低于正常晚期妊娠组(P<0.05)。结论CD4+ CD25+Tr和CD4+ CD25highTr可能与子前期的发病机制有关。
Objective To investigate the role of CD4 + CD25 + regulatory T lymphocytes (CD4 + CD25 + Tr) and CD4 + CD25high regulatory T lymphocytes (CD4 + CD25highTr) in preeclampsia in preeclampsia. Methods From October 2005 to March 2006, 30 cases of preeclampsia in Anhui Provincial Hospital and 13 cases of normal early pregnancy and normal non-pregnant women, 22 cases and 15 cases of normal pregnancy were detected by flow cytometry The ratio of CD4 + CD25 + Tr and CD4 + CD25highTr in CD4 + T cells in peripheral blood was analyzed and their relationship with prenatal stage was analyzed. Results The expression rates of CD4 + CD25 + Tr and CD4 + CD25highTr were (6.64 ± 1.10)% and (0.53 ± 0.17)% in peripheral blood of preeclampsia women respectively, which were significantly lower than those of normal pregnant women (12.26 ± 1.32)% and (1.18 ± 0.05)%, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.01). The expression of CD4 + CD25 + Tr in peripheral blood of normal non-pregnancy group was significantly higher than that of normal late stage (10.8 ± 1.05%) and normal early pregnancy group (11.21 ± 1.40)% Pregnancy group (P <0.05). Conclusion CD4 + CD25 + Tr and CD4 + CD25highTr may be related to the pathogenesis of preeclampsia.
