This study is aimed at investigating Chinese postgraduates` learning behaviors, language problems and needs, and also the ways they deal with these problems. It attempts to analyze factors that may affect the way they learn. A set of questionnaires and interviews were used in the study. Implications are then discussed in learning styles and the Chinese culture of learning.
