随着时代的进步与科技的大力发展,产业集群作为市场与企业之间的新型组织模式,内部治理的成效将会在很大程度上决定其经济绩效。为了做好这个工作,不仅需要保证集群网络的稳定性,与此同时还要最大限度的提高其群网络的生产效率。鉴于此,国内外的很多相关学者对其进行深入研究,但是就目前而言并未十分成熟。事实证明,要想从根本上解决好这个问题,就必须从集群内部治理以及全球化角度加以分析,最好是从内外均弱阶段到内部强连接,最后到外部弱连接的全过程。本文首先阐述当前产业集群内部治理的基本概况,然后结合多年的实践经验提出几点在全球化和信息化时代背景下合理的进行内部治理,希望能够得到一些借鉴和参考。
With the progress of the times and the vigorous development of science and technology, industrial clusters as a new organizational model between the market and enterprises, the effectiveness of internal governance will largely determine its economic performance. In order to do a good job, not only the stability of the cluster network needs to be guaranteed, but also the production efficiency of its group network should be maximized at the same time. In view of this, many scholars at home and abroad have conducted in-depth research on them, but for now they are not quite mature. Facts have proved that in order to fundamentally solve this problem, we must analyze it from the perspective of internal governance and globalization of the cluster. It is best to go from weak internal and external stages to internal strong connections and finally weak external connections. This article firstly elaborates the basic general situation of the internal governance in the current industrial cluster, and then puts forward some reasonable internal governance in the background of globalization and information age combined with many years of practical experience, hoping to get some reference and reference.
