近一、二十年来,国际学术界掀起了一股“系统运动”的热潮。系统研究广泛地渗入门然科学、技术科学和社会科学的许多领域,一些国家纷纷建立了专门研究机构。在整个系统研究中,系统方法占有重要的地位。本文试图通过对现代科学技术发展的特点和系统方法的产生;系统方法的认识来源及其在科学体系中的地位;以及系统方法在现代化管理中的重要作用等问题的探讨;进一步阐述系统方法是实现科学技术、社会生产、以及社会生活等当代各种综合体的现代化管理所必不可少的、卓有成效的最佳方法。
In the past one or two decades, the international academic community has set off an upsurge of “system movement.” Systematic studies have extensively penetrated many areas of science, technology science, and social science. Some countries have established specialized research institutions. Systematic methods play an important role in the overall system research. This article attempts to explore the characteristics of modern science and technology development, the generation of systematic methods, the sources of knowledge of systems methods and their status in the scientific system, and the exploration of the important role of system methods in modern management; further elaboration of the system approach is It is an indispensable and effective method to achieve the modern management of various contemporary complexes such as science and technology, social production, and social life.
