在电话普及率迅速提高的今天,不知您是否觉得有关电话的故障越来越少,而电信局维修人员的反应却越来越快。以提高网络运营效率和服务质量为目标的中国邮电电信总局长话网三期网管工程即将定版,并开始在全国32个省、直辖市近400台长途交换机上全面推广。该网管工程是在HP OpenView平台上由邮电部软件中心开发完成。邮电部软件中心主管负责人认为,与HP公司的合作,相当干请了一个好老师。
