目的探讨脂肪肝的个体化治疗效果。方法对随访的29例脂肪肝患者采取个体化的治疗方案,针对发病诱因和原因综合治疗。结果29例脂肪肝患者临床治愈23例,治愈率达79.31%。结论脂肪肝是综合因素引起的,以超重为最常见原因,采取个体化的治疗方案是治疗脂肪肝的最佳方法。
Objective To investigate the individualized treatment of fatty liver. Methods Follow-up of 29 patients with fatty liver to take individualized treatment programs, the incidence of causes and causes for the comprehensive treatment. Results Twenty-nine patients with fatty liver were cured. The cure rate was 79.31%. Conclusion Fatty liver is caused by a combination of factors. Overweight is the most common cause. Individualized treatment is the best way to treat fatty liver.
