Spring: In recent years, you have been on Yan’an for two times, filmed the feature films “Mao Zedong and Snow” and “Toward the Sun.” In particular, the latter one has done fruitful practices on the poetic language, ornamental and ontological understanding of the “main theme” films. SONG: I once said that as a movie-goer, no matter what the filming theme, first I made my understanding of the movie before I could think of what I wanted to show on the future screen, take my understanding of life and my understanding of the subject matter.
