渐变滤光片与焦平面探测器列阵的配合特性

利用渐变特性对覆盖列阵探测器光敏元区域的渐变滤光片的透射率进行了数值模拟,并对探测某一波段光谱信息的多通道渐变滤光片进行了分析和设计。

The gradual change of the transmittance of the gradient filter covering the photosensor region of the array detector was numerically simulated and the multi-channel gradient filter for detecting the spectral information of a certain wavelength band was analyzed and designed.
