供试材料包括35个已知其不育胞质所属类群的不育系、17个待鉴定不育胞质类型的品系、200个用这些不育系和不同自交系测交的杂交种。研究结果表明,这些不育系对小斑病T小种毒素的反应、育性的表现和遗传及对环境条件的反应是不同的。在试验研究资料的基础上,提出了一种简便准确的玉米不育细胞质综合鉴定分类方法。
The tested materials included 35 sterile lines known to belong to the genus of male sterile cytoplasm, 17 lines of sterile cytoplasm type to be identified, and 200 hybrids tested with these sterile lines and different inbred lines. The results showed that the response of these CMSs to T spot toxin and their fertility were different and their responses to environmental conditions were different. Based on the experimental data, a simple and accurate method for identification and identification of CMS in cytoplasm was proposed.
