前言安徽平圩火电厂是我国单机容量(60万瓩)最大的火电厂之一,厂房采用钢结构形式,立柱、主梁等大型构件均由焊接H型钢构成,部分H型钢翼板厚度达到80mm,材质为日本进口的SM41B焊接结构钢.我厂在承担钢厂房制作任务中,涉及到大型构件的厚板焊接问题.为保证焊缝质量和提高工作效率,我们对一些超长件的拼接焊缝,采用坡口双面埋弧焊背缝不清根的焊接方式.
Preface Anhui Pingwei Thermal Power Plant is one of the largest thermal power plants with a capacity of 600,000 tons in China. The plant adopts steel structure.
